Our green business practices include the following.
•    We use 100% compostable utensils, plates and serving products.
•    We focus on using locally produced food products whenever possible.
•    We practice carpooling and encourage/reimburse the cost of public transportation use by all of our staff.
•    We have eliminated wasteful practices such as using disposable table covering and we wash our tarps (ground covering) rather than landfill them, for re-use whenever possible.  We have developed techniques to get more efficiency out of our propane tanks with higher quality propane regulators.
•    We love to recycle…and we are well known for getting the most life out of any equipment we own!
